Nurturing Touch Physical Therapy and Wellness

what we do…

Provide hands on, therapeutic treatment for babies from day one up to newly walking. Katie has a passion for treating infants with developmental delay, torticollis, neurological disorders, oral motor dysfunction (including tongue ties), and nervous system regulation difficulties. Katie is also trained in several bodywork/manual therapy modalities which she uses in each session including: Craniosacral Therapy (CST), Myofascial Release (MFR), and Craniosacral Fascial Release (CFT-Gillespie Approach). Katie is also a 200 hour certified yoga teacher with certifications in Prenatal Yoga and Mama/Baby (postpartum yoga).  Katie really enjoys offering these classes to the community when she’s able.

Katie believes the body is wise and can help heal itself if given the right tools and care. Her favorite parts of her job are helping babies release tension, find comfort in their bodies and show pure joy when learning a new skill. Katie loves supporting babies and their families on their journey and feels so grateful and honored to be part of it with them.
